Had my new A2 for about 2 weeks, and was absolutley loving it, it was my new favourite thing....
last wednesday I was out on a video shoot at a studio in west london, big aircraft hangar style studio with one end painted croma green etc etc.... also connected to the studio was a long corridor with dressing rooms, make-up rooms and offices on....
I arrived on set at 10am, met Mary a production assisstant working up the schedule for the day in the one of the offices, i'm told "you guys can drop your stuff in here, mary'll keep an eye on it" place seems quite safe so I drop my bag on a chair(full of clothes) and also my A2 in the back pocket of the bag with new sony in-ear headphones....
go onto set, i'm there for about 30 minutes and mary comes in to ask the director a question, shes on set for 5 minutes MAX.....
goes back into the office.... we're been robbed, we all run outside looking for any sign of them.... nothing....
there's security cameras all over the place, we go to check them. the guy says there's a gap on the tape... there was a 'power surge' for half an hour....
bul**hit.... its blatantly the security guards..... but we can't prove it.... we ring the cops, they won't even come down, they say there's going to be an 'investigation' becuase theres been 6 robberies from the same studios in the last 6 months....
basically they knicked my A2, my bag.... 2 laptops.... £400 in cash... and numerous other things..... totallinng about £4000....

so if anyone in west london gets offered an A2 with no cables or power adaptors or anything... let me know, so I can some round and kick the sh*t out of the b**tards that knicked it
