I was trying to go back to 1.35 F/W from 1.40 F/W because I was having issues with the shuffle mode not playing 3 of the folders. So it was right after I clicked yes to the window telling me it was about to remove all the data, and it kinda got stuck after that. So I tried to do it again, only to find that my computer isnt detecting that my U2 is connected. So now I cant turn the U2 on, my computer dosent detect it, and I am stuck. Any idea as to how I can revive it? I am using Windows XP. Oh, and if anyone could please send me their serial number from the jetshell CD I would be most grateful, because I cant find mine =(
EDIT: I Have managed to fix it, and my u2 is working fine! For some reason, when I plugged it in after I made this topic, I heard that wonderful Hardware Detected sound, and I was able to reinstall the firmware.
