Sub Pack

Hallo,
i have lost my Sub Pack and have now problems to order it.
I have asked at www.mp3-player.de, but they said, they cant deliver it.Okay then i looked at cowon usa, they have it, but they didnt send it to europe.
Did anyone know a shop in Germany or Europe where i can order it?

Can't find the subpack but the cradle might be an option for you? I know Pixmania have them...

I tried to get a new subpack because it's line-out is faulty. (Right channel half as loud as the left one - Line-out on my black X5-Cradle is working fine)

Called mp3-player.de (where I bought my 30GB X5) and they said they asked COWON several times to sell some subpacks to them, but COWON doesn't want to!!!!

I tried to get the subpack somewhere else, but no chance to get subpacks in whole Europe as it seems!!! :woh:
What the heck is goin' on I thought!
So Mp3-player.de is forced to replace my whole unit instead of just the faulty subpack. But my X5 is working fine so far, so I'm not going to RMA it right now. Maybe I'm goin' to RMA it when it has some awful scratches. :bigsmile: :bigsmile:

thanks for the link.
But i prefer the subpack, because its samller, maybe too small.
When i got the X% and saw the subpack, i knew i would loose it sometimes, and that happens.
But i think its a very poor behavior from Cowon, that the subpack is not avaible.
When i have bad ideas (dont know the right phrase in englisch) i can think its the politic not to sell the subpack, because then you are forced to buy the craddle.
