Hy everybody

I have been working with the X5 for allready more than 2 months, and now I am encountering my first problem.

I started working, and the computer which has been given to me only works with Windows98SE. So far I have worked with XP/2000.

I tried connecting the X5 to the computer, but it is not working.

I downloaded the drivers from the hompage (because I do not have my cd with me, since I am abroad) but windows 98 does not recognize them as drivers. I choose the folder where the drivers are in (you can not specify a certain file), but it just says that no appropriate drivers were found. I wonder if the drivers specified on the Iaudio website are only for Windows 98.

Any other Ideas how to Install the X5 under Windows 98SE?
Maybe different drivers? Where can I download them?

Searched the forums, no help on this topic found, so
help is greatly appreciated.

Thank you
Philipp

I have the same problem. Two computers with Win98 and I cannot get the driver installed on them. I tried installation from the CD and harddrive. No luck.
I am calling the Cowon at 18884538283 - noone answers. I wrote a letter to tech_support@cowonamerica.com. No reply since 10/17/05.
I wish they wrote somewhere in the specs: Does not support Win98SE.
