Crashed?

My iaudio m3 seems to have got stuck playing a song, it just comes up with the wait screen and will not change. I can reset it with a pin on the side but it still comes back on with the wait screen.

What can i do?

Is this with or without the USB cable attached (using cradle or clip-on)?

it does it whatever is plugged into it.

I would try updating the firmware or temporarily deleting the song so it starts up on a different one.

I cant even connect it through usb. Its still stuck on the same song!

Where can i contact iaudio about this?

Can you connect to it using USB if you reset it and connect it to your computer without turning on the iAUDIO? It should automatically turn on in USB mode if it's connected while the power is off.
