Ive owned my U2 for about 2 weeks now so I figure its time for a quick review.
I think all said and done this is the best flash based player, with features that
far surpass any of its competators with the exception of maybe the iAudio 5
but its not out yet so we'll ignore that. When I first got it i was amazed at how
small this thing is, its about the length of my pinkey finger and as thick as
my index finger. The sound quality is exceptional, the best of any mp3 player
i have heard, with a great deal of adjustment options (BBE is great). The menus
are really easy to navigate, after 5 mins it becomes very intuitive and the
display displays just about everything you could need. Battery life has been
good so far running between 16 and 18 hours at about 26-28 volume.
The only complaint I have is the headphones, the sound on them is pretty
descent however they do not sit in my ears at all, so after visiting the korean
website and seeing the U2 paired with the Bang & Olufsen A8 headphones I
was in love and immediately ordered the B & O A8's and now im styling!
I strongly reccommend the firmware upgrade (which works perfrectly for me)
since it has the option to select the track order which is key in my opinion.

I live in canada and so i purchased the unit from SunTec Int on the web mainly
because they ship via FedEx and not UPS which rapes you on brokerage fees
and ended up paying nothing at the door with FedEx so I reccommed those of
you in canada looking to get this unit to order this way.

All in all i give it a 9.5 out of 10....It would be a perfect 10 if it had an SD slot
but nothings perfect.

P.S JMyungRocks, you know that John Petrucci is the heart of dream theater lol

Does anyone tried to put WMA with DRM on U2? Just for curiosity, because i want to buy some tracks from a store, but I don't really know if they will work.

Thanks in advance.
