After a rather quick call to Cowon America, I got the RMA number. Thank you Cowon!

Still, I have a few questions:

1. Can I use my own box (assuming it's rather well packaged) instead of the original package?
2. Do I need to include the warranty card? They just told me to include a copy of the invoice and a copy of the email they sent to me.
3. If I have more problems in the future, I can still send it in again if it's still eligible for warranty service?
4. Will they use the same method to ship it back as I did to ship it to them? In other words, if I use overnight, will they also use overnight?

So the package that I will be sending is a very small box, almost the same size as the X5. It is wrapped in lint-free cloth and bubble wrap. Then I put the two papers inside. It seems rather secure since the X5 doesn't move around (at all). Good to go?

4. Unless you arrange with them otherwise, and it may require you to include a form of payment, they will return the player via UPS Ground.
