HDD Error!

I just received my X5 from Amazon and it says HDD Error on the screen and nothing else!! Is this common? What should I do? Thanks in advance.

Call Amazon customer service and tell them the problem. I dropped my X5 and this happened. I called PCMall where I purchased mine and they refunded it fully. Granted I did not tell them about the drop ;-) Oh well you will get a replacement or your money refunded. Good Luck

Yeah, that's exactly what I did. Hopefully this isn't a common problem though from what I've been reading here it seems like it might be.

i got mine from ecost. 9.99 Overnight shipping, showed up next day, and i was thrilled! (no hdd error)

Probably got bumped around in shipping. Kinda sucks that you have to wait for it to ship again.
