Anyone think it would be nice if the screen dimmed when charging?

The screen stays on, fairly bright, whenever you have the A/C connected, or have it connected to the PC. I would prefer that the screen turned off or at least dimmed after a few seconds. Seems like the screen might burn out eventually if it's going full brightness for 6 hours every time I charge it.

Assuming there is no way to do this already, does anyone know where I can suggest this to Cowon for a future firmware?

anytime (while charging, playing music, eating, etc...) you can turn off the screen by quickly moving the switch **UP** and releasing it.

if you do it right, all it will do is turn off the screen and not turn off the unit.

Yes it is. But the stupid thing is it's got a light on top to tell you it's charging and no-one heeds the 'do not disconnect' anyway (at least I don't) so why bother lighting up the screen (and the remote incidentally... an issue not cured since the M3) full blast?

This should be an option in the menu.
