Hi,

New here. Just purchased an X5L recently and tried to register at iaudio.com. I went through the registration process and was given a message on screen stating the registration was successful. However, I was supposed to receive an email (at least that's the way I understood it) with a password so that I could log in, register my product, and become a member. However, this never happened. I never received an email so I am unable to log in. I did try to re-register and it says that this email already exists so I know I'm in the system. What am I missing? Was I supposed to do something else? Any idea what I should do next.

the same thing happen to me too (just got my x5l today).it said the registration is completed n emaill will be sent for the password but never got any email.

Ive recieved the email but the link and password they supply gives an invalid password error message. Ive tried 4 times with two different usernames and email address.

Same here. Even if you get the email it doesn't work. Then I tried emailing with no result. They've moved the europe Cowon site to global cowon (or something like that) recently, may have something to do with it. You can still download firmware etc, and it has nothing to do with the warranty. (Perhaps you can't write to their forums tho?) So why bother?
