[confused] problems with subtitles [confused]

[confused][confused] hi guys recently bought my cowon d3 and put a movie with subtitles the issue is that the movie is excellent but there are no subtitles (the subtitles I have them with the same name of the movie, point srt)
anyone know what would be the problem? I have to stick with the movie using jetAudio? [help]

Go to the settings tab on the video screen and you can adjust subtitle settings. Supports .srt but not many others.
What type of video are you trying to watch? If it is mkv then there may be some problems with subs.

Thanks friend but unfortunately does not work, I have a movie in avi and mkv and the two did not work and what is the language option does not come out anything on the screen
any suggestions
anyone???
