So I purchased my J3 on Feb 2nd, 2011.

Earlier today I've turned it on multiple times,
plugged it into the PC several times, played on it.

I sat it down on top of my PC tower to take a shower,
I come back to find the Power-On button pushed in.

I'm thinking my g/f's nieces had something to do with it,
(pc is on the floor) but I'm not entirely sure.

I bought the J3 outright for $283, I don't think I bought
any extended warranties or anything.

I'm curious if anyone knows if Amazon / JetAudio will
send me a replacement? I mean, overall I've kept it in
good condition. The back has a scratch on it from when
I was cutting up a porch and the glass has maybe 3
scratches on it.

Other than the power-on button, theres nothing else
wrong with it. It functions perfectly.

I can still access it via usb cable on the PC with no problems.
I've already wrote an e-mail to Amazon about it, so I'm
hoping I get a response soon and I can get a replacement.

Currently I can't afford to spend $200+ on another J3, which
sucks and I can't stand being without my music. :\

I plan on getting some sort of case for it, as well as the lcd screen
protector. Another pair of headphones and a a/c adapter too.

If they do gie me a replacement it'd make my whole year.

Thank you for your reply, briant1234 .. I was hoping they were
good about returns/replacements. Just not entirely sure I'll get one.

edit: Bad news, Amazon.com said No for a replacement. :\
E-mailing JetAudio itself, hopefully I'll get some luck, but I doubt it.

edit2: Just e-mailed JetAudio, hopefully they come through....

I'm not sure of the default warranty period?

I'll definitely be keeping an eye out from now on, though.

Also: My RMA request has been accepted, time to back up
my data and get it shipped off! :)
