Landscape mode not appearing in music player

Hi!

When I turn the player to make go into landscape mode whilst in music player, nothing happens, but in main menu it works fine, all icons turn as I turn the player. Is there any setting to change this, or may it be any technical or firmware problem?

Maybe your J3 is in "lock" mode. This would prevent landscape mode from player.

To check (and possibly correct), while you're in portrait mode tap on the blue title bar at the top of the screen. A drop-down sub-menu with five icons will appear.

The fourth icon over is the "lock mode" control function. Tap on it repetitively to cycle through its three options.

In order to activate landscape mode Matrix Browser presentation when you rotate the J3 to the horizontal orientation while playing, the first icon setting should be tapped. If you see the third icon displayed, that means landscape mode has been disabled which maybe is what your J3 has set.
