View Full Version : JetShell shows Cowon D2 has songs when it doesn't

I have a Cowon D2 with an expansion memory card. When I look at the contents of the expansion card via JetShell, it shows that a folder contains a lot of tracks. When I look at the folder on the Cowon D2, it is empty.

This does not happen with all folders, but with some. I tried "deleting" the titles via JetShell and then loading them into the folder again. Same thing: the titles look in JetShell as though they are on the Cowon, but the Cowon doesn't see them.

Any ideas what's happening?

What kinds of files are we talking about? Is it possible you've got a recycle bin on your card or a hidden folder?

PS: Don't use JetShell - try Media Monkey or J.River Media Jukebox, you'll have much better results, JetShell, and most of the JetAudio software software is archaic. Ionly use the video conversion app, when needed.
