Hi there!

It takes quite a time to boot up the J3, when you've a bit larger MiniSD Card inserted.
Is there a way to deactivate the automatic MusicDB Update, when you boot?

So I'd have to manually update the database, but that isn't much trouble, as I don't add music _that_ often...

Thanks
Ali

I don't think there is. You could power down in sleep mode though as this lasts for hundreds of hours.

cheers

http://panasonic.jp/support/global/cs/sd/download/index.html

try giving this a try..if you have the time.

back when i had a d2, i always formatted my d2 and the sd card.
likewise, my j3 was also formatted with this program.

the program helped many people with their loading problems by about 10ish seconds.
my d2 always loaded up in 5 secs.

give it a try but be aware that you will format your card.
Also choose [Erase ON] is for SD cards and [Erase OFF] is for the j3 or the d2 just to be safe
