On my J3 was favorites&bookmorks functions. Now its gone....
Once my player is frozen. I reset it and enjoyed more. Then I needed to add a Bookmark, and I saw that this menu is not active. I can not click on the Add Bookmark Knop.
I tried to format the player, change the firmware - no help-menu is still not active. on all version firmware bug persists.
