How to make a flash skin?

Am I missing a sticky or something but can someone give me a quick breakdown on how to create your own flash skin?

Sorry to dissapoint you but I have no idea myself :S, but I am searching at the moment for anything, tutorials and stuff.

I myself really want to learn how!.. So I'll reply back to you if i ever find anything ;)

Yeah, none do what I want really and I feel with a basic tutorial i can make something up.

You have to learn flash coding, that's hard. You can't simply make a tutorial.
