No, this one is a special edition of the Japanese distributor, it is only for sale in Japan.

urgh, that doesnt look good, blue m3 with silver remote and dock...now if it was all blue then that would be different.
Totally agree. I really don't understand why they didn't paint the remote and dock. But maybe they're going to do that on the final product, and isn't this the real product. Apart from that, the M3 looks pretty good in blue :)
