How could I set the theme afterward.

take the SWF for the theme that you want to install, and drop it into F:\System\Flash UI...

Mods, maybe a sticky should be made with these instructions, perhaps a little more in depth. (Explanation of how to use multiple music UI's, multiple main menu UI's, etc.)

I agree, a sticky is really needed!

you will need to reach out to one of these mod's directly. they don;t watch as often as we think. that or one of us needs to get some simple mod status to fix threads etc...
