UCI competition.
They did this for iriver's Clix 2 and after that we had like 293840324 UCIs to use. Well not really, but the Clix 2 had a LOT, but not as advanced as the S9's

This is for Cowon Korea though and I doubt internationally they're going to have one. But I'll wait for the results and the new UCIs. :)

Edit: Thinking about it, I bet the T&Cs are that you have to submit the source as well as relinquish all rights to their use.

From what I can make out, it looks like the main prize for the comp is either a S9 16gb or a O2 16gb? and 30 runners up get a Leather Case?

Would be better if it was a 32GB DMB S9 :P

In Google all you need to type is USD/KRW= and Google will do the rest.

EUR/KRW= will give you the EUR vs. Korea Cross Rate.

They are all Reuters RIC's. (reuters instrument code)

That would be difficult ... since my UCI looks exactly like stock UI if settings aren't touched :)

... themes like CurveS, darkflash, cassini's themes are the ones that should be at the competition.

without a proper english translator, i think the point of Claw's UCI would just elude and confuse them...it might blow some people's minds though if they knew everything that was possible with it...if you did enter it and get it translated, you could title it along the lines like "make your own UCI" especially after the icon manager...and people are sure to love the playlist manager.......and themetracker...............and wallpaper timeline....and...well...everything else about it...

to join this competition,
first of all, you have to make account of cowon.co.kr; offical korean cowon site.
At the very first step of creating account, you have to input korean social security number.
Social securiy number is allowed every each person of korean citizen for one set of numbers
and that is the problem.[no]
Even if you guys had any ideas to translate all of korean sentences,
people who don't have korean citizenship can't join this site because you don't have legal social security number.
Therefore, if you have anyone who have acquired korean citizenship and who you can trust firmly, you can ask him.
That seems to be the only way for foreigners so far as i think.[rolleyes]

Here's specific reward information
1st prize. ￦1000000 = about 806.13 (USD) = 592.39 (EUR) for 1 person
2nd prize. ￦500000 = about 403.06 (USD) = 296.20 (EUR) for 1 person
3rd prize. cowon o2 dmb 16gb for 1 person
4th prize. cyber money-￦50000 (=40.31 (USD)) for 5 persons

i'm assuming the competition was based on how well you looked overall... so Puzz!e and Grid both won it for him... although i believe puzz!e did a better job catching attention than grid not because Puzz!e is better or anything but because it looks a lot flashier with its widgets and customization abilities.
