View Full Version : S9 - Using videos converted with Super ©? Teaser inside
Hi, I'm waiting the arrival of my S9 16GB(at least 7 dasy more if I'm lucky). I encoded this small video with this settings:
Super © (love this encoder, destroy jetaudio converter)
480x270 16:9 1536kbps
44100 stereo 128kbps
720p h264-mkv / ac3
Does it run smoothly on your S9's?
Link to the file (15MB)
If it runs fine I will try with 640x360 next.
Runs smoothly.. Can not tell about video/audio sync but look the same when played on Windows Media Player.
Thanks! I think I found the right settings and the right encoder for my future "precious".
640x360 with the same config, bitrate, etc.
640x360 @2000kbps video
Excited eh? [laugh]
Oh my god. It's basically High Definition. From a mkv file I mean... Jesus, Time to convert some blu-ray rips to avi! :D Great job man! I just showed off this video to my family and friends and said "iTouch got nothin on Cowon!" ;)
Now if the succesor of the S9 come with a 4.3" AMOLED that would be orgasmic.
So even my high quality 640x360 works fine?
Arrive it today, what a piece of hardware! The screen, the audio quality, words can't be enough. Even the radio sounds extremely good.
My 640x360 @2000kbps Super © plays smooth as silk. Now you know wich software to use.
Is it possible to customize the screen colors? Similar to what I can find in any video player. Brightness is available.
I miss them.
