Write the following (the numbers in bold are examples):
&rows=24&cols=25&startat=215
Then change the numbers in bold with the n° of rows, n° of columns your map is composed of. Then insert the start point.
Anyway you should follow the instructions at this link:
http://iaudiophile.net/forums/showpost.php?p=151960&postcount=1
[...]
The contents of the file look something like this:
&rows=12&cols=8&startat=1
It defines three parameters: "rows", "cols", and "startat" and assigns a number to each one. Replace the value for "rows" with the number of rows your map contains of. "cols" stands for the number of columns. The "startat"-parameter specifies where your enumeration starts. If you use "Splitimage" your first tile will probably be named "map1.jpg". That means the value for "startat" is 1.
When you've done all that you just have to arrange all the files as described in the "How to use"-instructions and you're ready to go.
And don't forget to share your maps here (http://iaudiophile.net/forums/showthread.php?t=19180)! [smile]
Cheers!

take a look at Youngerbear's all in one map scripts around post 220 in the maps discussion thread. They do the whole process for you,in windows, but you must download Imagemagic for them to work.
YoungerBear? O_O
Is he your son or something :D
BTW, i'm checking his posts now

Did you follow the instructions in the Readme file?
'Allo, all. Elderbear's progeny here.
This is a simple shift from 160x120 to 320x240 of Dreieinhalb's "flashview_1.0.sh" and Chrieg's
superb flashmaps_2.0.swf program. These are minor adjustments, and all credit for the programs should
go to Chrieg and Dreienhalb. I've also provided a straightforward port of Dreienhalb's script from bash
to vbscript, so it will run under Windows.
Note that the 320x240 version is only for very large maps. For maps below 960x720, it will not display correctly, and for maps below 1600x1200, it will not be able to zoom out beyond 50%. For maps larger than 1600x1200, it will zoom out to 30%. For small maps, you won't see much savings with this version over the 160x120 version anyway.
It still requires you to install ImageMagick, though, since the script calls that. But you can download
that for free from their website:
http://www.imagemagick.org/
Note that the first set of download links is for downloading the source code; if you just want to run the program,
you probably want to download the binaries, which are further down in the file.
If you're using the windows version, then during the ImageMagick install process, there's a
"Select Additional Tasks" screen. On that screen, you need to select
"Install ImageMagickObject OLE Control for VBScript, Visual Basic, and WSH" in order for the
vbscript version to work.
The file "viewer_320.swf" is a copy of Chrieg's superb "flashmaps_2.0.swf" program,
except with the image size changed to 320x240, and the minimum zoom lowered to 30%.
All credit for the flash file goes to him. This gets copied into your map directory,
renamed to match the name of the map.
In short: all I did here was get this to run in windows. All credit goes
elsewhere. :)
You'll probably notice there are two versions of the script. The one called flashview_xp.vbs
will only run in windows XP, not in any other version of windows. The one called flashview_vista.vbs
should run in any version of windows that has IE installed (I think version 6 or higher,
or something like that), which I added as a workaround, because for some bizarre reason M$
has taken the common controls out of VB for vista. I found the workaround online after much digging.
It's a little hack-y, so I suggest the xp version if you've got xp, but the "vista" version will
technically work even on XP.
Actually, i managed to do it, i just downloaded the map from someone with the new flashview, replaced their images with mine and changed the Rows and columns BUT the images aren't in order
It shows the images and has zoom 30-100%, but the problem is that the images looks like a mess, although the files are correctly numbered, and cropped to the size :D
I found that the row and column fields were backwards to me. Did you try changing those values in the mapconfig file?
I swapped the Rows and Columns numbers but it's still messed up. :P
