i need hew earphones. so im thinking denons 551, 452, and 351. or teh sen cx400, or 500. my price range is about 40-60. i listen to a lot of indie, rock, techno house, and hip hop. so i like highs and bass. i like bass when i need it but not to much over powered. maybe a little.
my CX300 have served me good for a year now and they still are rocking my ears to the core :)

i tried the cx300s, i kind of beat the crap out of my headphones... they had good sound but about 7 months after i first got them the left ear stopped working. Also im not a huge fan of the asymmetric cable deal. Right now im rocking the second gen of the v-moda vibes, and they have steller base quality and just look real flashy. Plus v-moda will replace them for up to a year if they break.

The C551's might not fit everyone's ears as it comes with 1 tip... C751 comes with more though, but out of your choice, I would personally go with the Senns CX500.
