prebuild Rockbox 3.57 ?

Well, since I kinda want to try Rockbox out I was wondering if there was a prebuild anyone one did of the newest D2 Rockbox release for the 3.57 firmware.

I'd do it myself, but I guess I lack knowledge in that department.

I'd be happy if anyone could linke me a prebuild version and the steps of installation/usage.
