I am wondering if anyone uses this lil tool (which was on my S9 already when i got it). Because i got some problems... cannot login to my account, and it does not seem so easy to handle^^. Any recommendations? What do you think about this program? Although i freaking hate everything containing the word pod, i like news and videos ;).

I did bump into some problem when first trying to use it. The trick of automatic handling of subsciptions from the website did not work.

You need to go to the option of adding podcasts within the program itself on a player. Then just copy/paste urls and there you go.. until they fix the login problem..

I personally prefer mediamonkey, still it has been nice trying out this little program. The idea of running a podcatcher is actually fantastic.

Cheers

ive used this program and have the exact same problem. set-up an account and cant log in?. but you can just enter the rss feed manually and it works like a charm. its a great concept, just plug in your s9 and run the program and download some podcast.

depending on your S9 operating mode, MTP or MSC, this podcatcher works or it does not work.

the thing is that you need to be MSC operating mode to run mypodder; you won't even be able to see it when running S9 in MTP mode

and if you're into ID3-tagged and organized media library with lots of playlists, then you might prefer MTP.

switching between MTP and MSC messes up regularly all the embedded album-art pictures, as well as playlists etc...
