What is that 20pin usb dongle? Why wasn't it included in the US version? (or at least the 16GB titanium version i bought?) Is this a new accessory?

looks like a 20 pin to 24 pin converter for people who have 24 pin cables for their cellphones. I'll ask friends that read Korean later [yes]
