Loving the S9(first time Cowon purchase) but i'm having an issue with charging the device. I'm unable to get the device to show that its in a charging state while connected directly to the USB ports on my pc.
The device is recognized and all drag and drop functions work fine(running WinXp Pro SP3) but it only shows up on the S9 as USB Connected, or Disconnected when i remove it from Win Xp while still connected. Just wondering is the device charging in this state.
The charging scrolling logo will appear during the boot up stage of the operating system but the operating system hangs and stalls so i have to disconnect the device and reconnect after the boot up process.
Also the battery does seem to drain very quickly - - -i'm aware the BBE settings can drain the battery but to me it seems pointless adding these great audio settings if the battery drains at such a fast rate - - -audio volume under 30 and brightness at 4.(this was one of the reasons why i thought it may not be charging correctly)
The green battery bar initially shows up as full but drains way too fast for my liking with blue tooth off - - i've only had it for a day and i know the first chargers are the most important.
Also a little dispappointed that no data transfer is possible with blue tooth - - -i thought this was the case.
