Are you a '1 big folder' or a super neat freak and have a system of folders?

For me, I have it folders by genre, but very general genre. Like for example a Rock folder and all kinds of rock goes into that folder. From metal rock to indie rock. And so on, but than i find some songs that are completely in between 2 genre so this system isn't working out.
So instead I have this new set up
-Alpha (Folders A-Z each artist alphabetized going in their correct folder)
-NOW (new songs i want to listen to that I will sort when it gets old)
-Soundtrack (soundtrack folder)
-Compilations (a folder for artist where I only have a few songs and too little to put in my alpha folder)

What's your set up?

My music folder is set up just like it is on my PC - Genre>Artist>Album

If I want to make use tags, I boot up Rockbox. Otherwise, I tend to use the original firmware.

I usually organize like this:
Music Folder>Genre>Artist (alphabetized)>Album>Song.
But if the artist has a lot of music (i.e. I have lists of albums by Joe Hisaishi):
Music Folder>Artist>Album>Song.

And if an artist ever has more than one genre, I list that artist (and subsequent albums and songs) in his or her most prominent or identifiable genre.

I have Audio/Artist/Album/songs, like the artist function in the library on the d2.

Most of my collection consists of mix CDs by DJs, so I browse by folders and the system is as such; Music>Artist (alphabetised)>Album/s>Disc>Songs.

Eg: Music>van Buuren, Armin (that's right, I put an artist's surname first, just doing my bit to keep my generation from being entirely dumbed down)>A State of Trance 2004>Disc 2>songs and
Music>Gatecrasher>Global Underground>GU013_Sasha>disc 1>songs.

I have also compiled a number of my own albums (Party Songs, Afterhours Favourites, Dance Anthems etc.) which saves me from making/remaking enormous playlists.

As far as how music is organised on my PC, it reflects the organisation of files on my S9.
