No expansion slot in S9?!

I'm in denial, can it be true that the S9 hasn't got an expansion slot?.
After sound quality, the most attractive thing about the D2 (for me) is the flexibility offered by the slot.
I'm hoping that the two 'features' on the bottom edge of the S9, on either side of what appears to be the headphone socket, include at least one SDHC or micro SDHC slot which Cowon have omitted from their announcement.
It looks pretty damn good,but, Less battery?, less flexibility?, let's hope that the sound quality is truly stellar.

well, we would have to wait and hear about more news when it comes. COWON did make the Screen bigger which is good. all other details is unknown at this time.

No SD means smaller device. And about the battery life, since the device dont have to read from a SD card the battery will probably last longer.

the screen is nearly an inch bigger, and way slimmer than the rather fat D2. the battery life had to take a hit, but at 40 hrs, it's way ahead of the competition (Touch, Samsung P2, etc.)

Disappointed by the lack of a SD slot, but as long as all the specs remain the same, and the model is available in a 8/16/32GB form, I'm in.

Man I gotta have a SD card slot. I think I'd only be able to afford the 8 GB and once I hit the ceiling with that one its game over. I'll stick with my D2 till the D3 comes......that is if it ever does.....

i'll probably buy the 4GB if it comes to the Sates here. No SD Card Slot on the S9 guys sorry.
