View Full Version : Ripping from CD to OGG...quality levels???

I just started using JetAudio to rip my CDs...When I select OGG, and then click config, it doesn't give me "quality" levels to choose from, only bitrates. What gives? Are other programs like this?

Most programs will give you both. Remember that q0 starts at 64 and it goes up by 16 each q level.

Thank you Aquatakat. Good to know. I selected 320kbps (that was the highest bitrate available, there was no option to choose a q level). I wonder if that will give me the "lossless stereo coupling" OGG is supposed to provide at q6 and up?
