Splashing lines in notepad

Has anyone noticed that sometimes lines splash around while you're drawing? Look at the picture.

Has anyone noticed that sometimes lines splash around while you're drawing? Look at the picture.

Yep, sometimes they do. Could be caused by static electricity. When it happens I switch to white and color them out.
