red dead pixel on display, what can i do?

Hi guys,
I'm just received my cowon a3 here, in italy.
Good piece of hardware, very good sound, great display, some problems
about to recoded my entire mpeg 4 (nerodigital files) collection's to divx.
But, the true problem is a red dead pixel just on the top of display.
the matter is that, this one, is always visible when i watch some movie.
My question is: can i send my player to cowon assistance for a reparation or, better, a substitution?
Someone else has similar problem about it?

You'd be an idiot not to send it in. Talk to the live support for Cowon. I also had the same problem, but instead, I had a Green pixel stuck on the screen. That's all I can say about that. I tried massaging it, pixel flashing it, even using the most trusted in Pixel Protection called PixelProtector. There's no point, you have to send it in.
