Now write your question again, but in understandable English, please. I have no clue what you want to ask.

No offence as you're probably poor at English but I'm confused what your question is? As you don't seem to have asked one.

There are USA and European versions, but they are not very different from Korean.
Most people use Korean, also in Europe and USA.
I *think* the language is always only English or Korean for all versions.

Aren't they are identical except for the default language and plug adapter of course?

The US iRiver H300 series has features cut out of it. Don't ask me why???

They are almost identical. Conceivable differences would be different frequences reserved for FM radio in different countries. If the unit is sold in France, then the European version mustn't have output over 15mW per channel to comply with French law.

Probably because they figured Americans would be too stupid to use the USB On The Go capabilities and they would bitch and moan when they realized their favorite device isn't supported. This was the start of iRiver aiming their products to compete with the iPod, so they wanted to take as much confusion out of their products as possible, hence the new H10 series which has a simplier UI but less features.

I have the european version of the x5(with the korean 2.07 x5 software), and I think there are no differences between the european, korean or american x5's

SO WHAT ARE preferable?
H320 (EROPE ) OR THE X5?

I would say X5. The one thing that flips the scal for me is that I can cue more than 1 track at the time. Using a 20GB Dap needing to browse for a track every 3 minuts is an annoyance.

This guy asks about a simple( yet confusing ) topic and you got to make the comment of hes a foreigner? Come on man, thats not cool.

To the topic at hand, the X5 is the same, but only for FM stations, plugs and firmware, its the same thing. I go for X5 because its better for what it can do than rather the H320 and its crazy ways of connecting USB devices and other things I cant think of.

Don't know about other ppl but
I prefer X5.
It feels good holding it in a hand, slim and easy navigation in both hands. Imagine trying to use H320 in one hand... I think it's gonna fall of my hand. Then you have to decide about the function yourself totah. Good luck, and don't hesistate to ask question I understand how it feel to ask question in the language that isn't one of your own. :)

buy the X5. It is much smaller and lighter. Keep in mind most of the time you simply carry the device around so this is damn important

Where is a forum *located* anyway, so that you can distinguish foreigners..?
