FW 3.54 + flash skins, themes

many themes and skins are not working properly. Themes for 3.53, bad loading of images i think, can someone post here working themes or updated ones? Flash skins have some problems too, they are working but they are infuckincredible slow, like Red & Black, when you want to change songs, almost everything[no]

currently i have tested Cassini's new updated skin Utopia (http://iaudiophile.net/forums/showpost.php?p=164868&postcount=278). i haven't tested in themes yet but i'll get to that. i'll keep everyone posted.

as mentionned before: Vertigo works. The new firmware corrects many issues (includingbalbum art), but the skin is slow. Although it's bearable on Vertigo.

Basically, I need to know if Fishfutter's iTouch Skin still presents the album art refresh bug (as described here (http://www.iaudiophile.net/forums/showthread.php?t=19467)) in firmware 3.54. Since you've tested the combination, can you answer my question? Thank you.

Yeah, me too! [thumbsup] (I use this one for the moment.)

It's a really pretty skin (with an old school appearance). With this flash skin, the better is that it has a fonction to display a random picture when you didn't embedded a cover: then it always well appear.

Obsidian 3.53b theme and skin fully working, not slowler than with the previous firmware version apparently.

Edit: after playing an .ape file, the skin turns slow and doesn't show albumart correctly, and it frozen my d2 once or twice

You're right, Carabei, the animation should be un little more fast with a bit of antialiasing during the moving to be really perfect. [wink]
But I don't know if it's due to the code, to the fw (I'm using 3.54 and I don't want to downgrade it to make tests :|) or the D2 (is the D2 not enough powerful?).

It would be great to be able to contact the author, but for me Korean writing is like the signs in Stargate. I cannot understand anything. [surrend]
Maybe I'll try it later.

For now, I only hope he plans to make a new version...

I really like black and red. I like the motion even if it is too slow. It is very nice even with the motion toggled off.

I think its the firmware. alot of flash apps that were fast on x.51 are very slow on 3.54.

I've noticed on about a third of the skins I tried on 3.54 crash my D2 4gb. It happens after the screen is auto off and the next song is just about to come on. I traced the problem to the first song having no album art and the next song does have embedded art. Both are mp3s and different songs at each crash.

The screen is unresponsive and will come back on only if I toggle the on/off switch a few times or hit the reset button.

It doesn't happen on the default music screen. Only on newly installed flash skins.

I've seen one other post so far saying something about freezing.

It take half an hour for first times, and 15 minutes with use.

(Create a theme take many hours, I am working on a new version of
my FRiPhone, so I don't want take time to translate it inachieved)
