I ordered from Newegg and am so far very happy with the service I received. However, I know that every dollar counts.

SaferSeller is a pricegrabber certified retailer with good reviews and has it for the same price but only $1 shipping.

I'd still go with Newegg, but like I said, every dollar counts.

Idea: Can we combine this into one thread...like on Riovolution and have a best price/availability sticky?

No, Newegg only charges Tax in certain states. I know they charge in California and New Jersey. Luckily, it's not in NY because 8 + percent is a killer

I'm in california, so I don't know if Cowon America charges for other states.

For Puerto Rico, newegg.com is charging a whopping $19.73 tax and $28.10 for shipping. Over the price tag that's a $346.83 total, so I suggest Puertorican buyers to buy somewhere else because this is almost the cost for the 30GB version.

I ordered an x5, my first DAP, two days ago from Cowon America. Shipping was free and I wasn't charged any sales tax.
