_Please_ provide more information when trying to get help with problems like this.

Like- where did the videos come from? What format are they? What firmware are you using?

Sorry if I'm being curt here, but you can't really expect anyone to be able to help you when you provide little to no information as to the circumstances surrounding the problem you're having.

Hm. The problem probably lies in the fact that they're downloads, but I can't really say much beyond that...video's not my forte, but somebody else can probably chime in with more info.

Maybe the audio stream is in a format the A2 doesn particularly like, such as WMA.
Or, more likely, there is an audio delay "flag" set in the movie which tells your software player to delay or change the playback speed of the video stream.
The A2 does not support such flags.

You can try to run the video file through VirtualDubMod or VDubMP3, using the "direct stream copy" feature. It may apply the flag values directly to the stream.
