Hey, Question.. I just had to send my A3 back.. Due to an audio problem-(either band channel on the a/v out, or just a bad cable) I literally had it one day.. It just hit me, they should just send me another one. It's not Like I had it for a week or two.. Instead of working on it a couple of weeks. Do you guys's agree?? The only way I have been able to talk with them is my e-mail or live chat. Anyone know how to get a warm body on the phone?? Anyway I'm irritated I don't have it over the Holidays.. any thoughts or ideas to get a new player quick??

few users are also having problems. the A3 is new and the only way to obtain Firmware is by going to the Korea site found at Global Site. the latest Firmware is 1.15
people should actually wait...
one users has had your problem and ended up returning it. Sad...
When I sent in my X5 they were able to return it the next day, so I don't know why you assume it will take them a couple of weeks to repair your A3.
Also, no matter how long you owned it you owned it and they can't sell it as new. Why should you receive a new one for a pre-owned one?

that's the thing i hate about sending stuff to a company. they don't repair yours at all. they just throw your music onto a pre-owned product.

Quite simply if you've been sold sub standard goods with problems manifesting pretty much on arrival then the supplier has a care of duty to replace the item. We have consumer laws in the UK which state if an item isn't "fit for the purpose" then the supplier is obligated to refund or replace. From Doniago's remarks I can only assume this isn't the case in the US. I myself would also be pretty cheesed off being offered a repair on a brand new item.
Yeah, thats my point It never worked.. I know if it was store bought they would give you another immediatly.. That's good to know Doniago got the player back quickly.. Anyway just venting
