V. 1.43 ugrade problems

Hi,
I am new to this forum and have just got a Q5 with v.1.40W. I have followed the procedure for downloading and unzipping the 1.43 firmware and new application software and have placed them accordingly to the instruction on cowons web. But when I start the Q5 I get the message "invalid firmware file"

Anyone who knows what to do. Do I have to go from 1.40 to 1.41, 1.42 before upgrade to 1.43?

You should be ablo to update directly to 1.43, that's how I made it. Are you shure you put all files exactly like they say in the Guide?

did you ensure to download the Q5W update for the Q5W (and not for a Q5). maybe it doesnt make a difference, but just to be on the safe side...
