Known issues with flash UI (Devs look here)

Alrighty folks, given the mighty impressive new inclusion in the 3.53 beta FW of flash skinning it's time we report the bugs we come across.

Please post all bugs in this thread, try not to duplicate already reported bugs and if possible tick off bugs that get fixed as we will not be able to keep this thread 100% up to date (you know, we have lives too [laugh])

Cheers to all who contribute, and I must request that no one wastes our time by bitching or moaning, just report the issue (suggest a fix if you feel that way inclined) and move on.

Bug #01 (version 3.53b) - Skip Track from Pause or Stopped Position

Press Play then press Stop or Pause. Then press FF or REW. The title/album/artist will change, but the cover art as well as the song will not.

Bug #02 (version 3.53b) - End of Playlist Play Button

When the player finishes playing a playlist/folder, it will stop playing but will not change the Pause button graphic back to a Play button graphic.

Player will not show the cover art of the initial song if you just press Play.

Bug #04 (version 3.53b) - Automatic Cover Art/Song Info Updates

When a song finishes playing and moves on to the next track the cover art/song info will not update to match the new song.

Well I'll start the complaining ^^
Album Art is screwed up in any way, sometimes it doesn't show.
Tracks skip from time to time when canging songs.
Slows the whole unit down.
Progressbar sometimes glitches.
Text of Artist/Song sometimes doesn't get refreshed when text is to long.

There are no actions for the hold state of the volume/menu buttons programmed.

i would like to elaborate on the ablum art issue:
with the black future, it is in the wrong location
however with the status board theme, the album art shows, however, only after the screen turns off and is turned back on
i have not yet tried the other two flash skins as they do not suit my taste [blink]

Version 1.11 of the Flash UI seems to have overcome most of the coverart problems in fact I find it working very well. Have updated iTouch Style UI as well.

Out of curiosity,

I'm a lazy, laaaaaaaaaaaaaaazy coder and seeing that Cowon didn't release an API of anysort (unless I missed it) for those of us interested I wonder if those coding in flash already can come up with a list or anything of methods, objects, etc used when coding in flash.

None of the lyrics work (like in darkstage it doesn't work) when i change my flash skin..only the default one works :/
