Like the 3rd one but i would remove the exclamation marks and the members wording, also some colour would make it stand out a bit more..perhaps a sky blue or yellow, and the typeface doesnt look good either..
Though the design does remind me of something else that looks similar...

theyre alrite...but it looks like you just found the background image off of somewhere else and put text to it yourself, with looks too sharp anyways and should be alot more smooth to fit into the rest.
