Hello!
Recently I sent COWON a letter (after a 20 minute conversation on the phone with them) explaining the problem with my iAudio G3. They promised to get back to me but I have had no e-mails. I tried to contact them again by mail but no use.
Do you have any useful e-mail addresses? Do you know how I can contact COWON Europe?
Here is a copy of what I wrote for you if you think you can help me in some way:

Hello!
I'm in France and I bought an iAudio G3 from Suntec
Inc. (Serial No. at the back XXXXXXXX). I received it
last Friday and since then, I have problems with the
screen. At first, it seemed that it had 4 lines of
pixels damaged but they increased and later I had more
lines that did not show up. Today, almost the whole of
the screen is unreadable.
I called Cowon America and they explained to me that
it can be a software problem. We did an update of the
formware. Everything went fine and it updated but
there was no change in the screen. We actually tried
to update the firmware with different verisons too -
1.20 a and then 1.20 e but there was no change.
I have been trying to contact Suntec Inc. for some
days now but they do not reply to my e-mails. I have
been trying to call them too and I left several
messages but so far there has been no result. That is
why I decided to contact you, since I think the IAudio
G3 is still covered by the guarantee.
I would appreciate it a lot if you could help me with
this!!! Thank you in advance!

P.S. The person from Cowon whom I called on the
telephone gave me your e-mail and suggested that I
write to you. He was very very helpful!
