Upgraded to 2.51, Jetshell can't find it

I did the upgrade to firmware 2.51---very clear instructions, very nice. Unit works fine, but Jetshell now can't find it. I downloaded and installed the latest Jetshell just to be sure: doesn't work.

How can I get Jetshell to find the D2.

Background info: XP, all service packs installed. D2 is 8GB.

Make sure it is in the MSC mode and not MTP.

Setting > System > USB Connection > Select MSC > Save

It *was* MTP. I changed it to MSC, and it works!
