Whats going on?

This week, I sent two e-mails (one day in between) to SunTec but they won't respond. I also made a couple calls and they were busy the whole time. Is there something going on at SunTec or are they just too busy with customers (or maybe pre-orders)?

Anyone have a similar experience with SunTec lately or got in clear contact with SunTec recently?

Stephanie does respond but it takes time...it's pretty excrutiating, but I usually get a resonse about a week after I email her. I get the impression that she pretty mush *is* Suntec.

yeah, i email mike from there. he usually emails back within the day. but still, i want my x5 and i want it now!
