Black bar - text reader issue

I installed 2.51 firmware on my brand new D2 and I also loaded up this theme. http://iaudiophile.net/forums/showpost.php?p=148850&postcount=38

Now when I go into the text reader, there's a dark shadow/bar right at the very top of the screen that covers approximately the first line of text (with the text size at normal). This shadow doesn't seem to show up anywhere else. Has anyone encountered this type of problem before?

Thats strange. I tried to replicate your problem by installing my old theme again but I can´t see a dark bar which covers the first line.

Yeah, I don't really think it's the theme, but I just wanted to mention all of the changes to the normal that I've made. The bar is kind of shadowy - I can read through it, but it is definitely there.
