Suntec's price matching

I've contacted Suntec about this but got no answer back. If I do find a retailer that sells a U2 at a lower rate than what is advertized on the Suntec site, how do I go about getting that discount? Thanks

Emailing Stephanie is the thing to do. Once you inform her of the lower price and give her a link to verify, she'll give you an offer. You will then have to either accept or negotiate, depending on if you want extra accessories.

I just bought a U2 with armband and AC adapter from them, but I changed my mind and am going to save up for an X5 now. So if you're looking to get a U2, and the armband and AC Adapter appeal to you, I would be willing to give you a deal for mine (it's only been used for maybe 10 hours maximum. All of the accessories, including armband and adapter, haven't been used at all.)
