Dear all,
Mine bricked tying to upgrade to 3.51b. Tried the checks listed in the (now closed) 15-page thread. Nothing. So I tried one more thing:
Solution: Connect D2 to your PC (do not press m-button during connect). PC should now show the D2 as an unknown removable drive. Right-click on D2, and order Format [yes] (FAT32, and don't worry: all the Cowon drivers come back when you next install the firmware). Now complete your fw-upgrade from the start (with 0-folder). Voila![thumbsup]
Of course, I only have one D2 to try this on. So please confirm that this works for you.[wink]
