I downloaded the firmware called "iAudio X5 v2.10" for my X5L in hopes to try to fix my problem (http://iaudiophile.net/forums/showthread.php?p=139374#post139374). I'm just wondering... What do I place in the FIRMWARE folder of my X5L? The folder that HOLDS the .bin or JUST the .bin file only?
And just making sure.... when the COWON main site says, "then connect the AC Adapter" does that mean charge it? Because that's what I did. Sorry if I sound really new to this. I've had my X5L for about one year now.
