Hey guys,
Does anybody happen to have good quality pictures of their opened A2?
I am particularly interested in the area around the different input/output jacks.
I know there were some hi-res pictures on the forum but they seem to have disappeared.
The pictures in the "how to open the A2" and the "how to remove dust under the LCD" threads don't show the area of interest.
I need these pictures because my A2 is currently in RMA.
No matter how I try, I can't get the clowns in the technical support department at Cowonamerica.com to understand what the problem is.
They've had my A2 for a month now and still pretend there's nothing wrong with it!
I had tested it extensively before sending it in and am about 99% sure that a soldered connection simply needs to be reinforced - 2 drops of solder should do it.
Descriptions are no good so I figure if I could send them a picture with the part in question they'd finally pull their head out of their backside...
Sorry about the rant but I'm more than a little frustrated with Cowon at the moment!!
