Now that Cowon America has their X5 page up, I was suprised to see that the X5 has apparently reduced audio output when compared with the M3 (13mW v. 20mW).
The I5 also has 13mW output...I wonder if they're using the same internal components/design for all their new players now, at least as far as output is concerned. Maybe the output won't be as loud, but it will be of higher quality?
I'm sure it will sound great, but perhaps an amp might now be necessary for those wanting to listen with bigger cans...?
