looks like it charges via USB.
this player is actually for my mom. she's not very techie at ALL, so of course i'll be loading the music for her. i should only have to add/change the music for her every few months as 2GB is plenty for her needs.

but is it easy to charge via USB? cuz that's something she'll have to do on her own without my help.

thanks in advance!

thanks FURR.
so when connected via USB, it just automatically is charging? just want to make sure it's simple since my mom is not technologically inclined, but she thinks she "wants an iPod" so of course i'll be getting her a Cowon!

Actually I quite like the nano....but the F2 is even nicer! My sister has one and it's such a nice little player! A friend of hers wanted to swap with a Nano but my sister refused. She even prefers her F2 to my D2 ;) Your mum will be happy!

note that you can turn OFF the charge feature by going to Main Menu - Settings - General - Charge Off/On

to display the CHARGING DISPLAY while the DAP is connected to a computer just remove it by clicking on the remove hardware icon located on the bottom right corner.
